Terms of Sale

Terms of Sale

Last updated: 19 May 2026

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital publications from The Aesthetics Compliance Co Ltd ("TACC", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. The seller

The Aesthetics Compliance Co Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 17219396. Registered office: 15 Little Park Street, Coventry, CV1 2JZ. Contact: hello@aestheticscompliance.co.uk.

2. What you are buying

TACC sells digital publications — including the UK Aesthetics Compliance Survival Guide, the UK Aesthetics Compliance Cheat Sheet, and related future publications — delivered as personalised, watermarked PDF files. Each purchase is licensed to a single named individual (the purchaser) for that individual's personal professional use.

3. Licence and permitted use

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user licence to access and use the publication for your own professional reference. You may print one copy for personal use. You may not redistribute, share, resell, sublicense, post publicly, or use the publication on behalf of a clinic group or multiple practitioners. For multi-seat or group licensing, contact us at hello@aestheticscompliance.co.uk.

4. Watermarking and traceability

All PDF files are personalised with the purchaser's name, email address and order number on every page. Sharing, leaking or publishing the publication is detectable and constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to revoke the licence and pursue remedies for unauthorised distribution.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital. After successful payment you will receive a delivery email containing a secure download link. Downloads are subject to a maximum number of attempts and expire after a set period from the order date. If you experience a delivery problem, contact hello@aestheticscompliance.co.uk and we will reissue access.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. By completing your purchase and downloading the publication, you expressly waive your 14-day cancellation right and acknowledge that the digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

Because of the personalised, watermarked nature of the file, we do not offer refunds on digital publications once download access has been provided, except where a genuine technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved by reissuing the file. In that case, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

7. Updates and edition revisions

Minor revisions to an edition (e.g. v1.0.1, v1.1) are issued at no additional charge to existing purchasers, delivered via your existing download link. Major new editions (e.g. Edition 2.0) are separate publications. Owners of Edition 1.0 of the Survival Guide are entitled to a 50% discount on Edition 2.0 when it is published.

8. Editorial position and limitation of liability

TACC publications are professional intelligence for clinic operators. They are not legal, medical, or financial advice. Regulatory positions described reflect the state of consultation and enforcement at the time of publication and may change. Operators should verify current requirements with their professional regulator, indemnity insurer and local licensing authority before making operational decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TACC accepts no liability for actions taken in reliance on the content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Intellectual property

All TACC publications are protected by copyright. © 2026 The Aesthetics Compliance Co Ltd. No part of any publication may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in reviews and certain non-commercial uses permitted by UK copyright law.

10. Data protection

Your purchase data, including name and email, is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We use this data to deliver your purchase, maintain customer records, and (where you have given consent) send you product updates. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Full privacy policy: forthcoming and will be linked from this page when published.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to existing purchasers by email.

If you have any questions about these terms, contact hello@aestheticscompliance.co.uk before purchasing.
