ABOUT
The Aesthetics Compliance Co.
An independent UK publisher of regulatory intelligence for clinic operators in the non-surgical aesthetics sector.
Why this publication exists
The UK aesthetics industry has spent fifteen years on the threshold of formal regulation. We are now within months of crossing it. Most clinic operators have heard about it in fragments — a Save Face newsletter here, a JCCP briefing there. Few have a single complete picture of what is coming.
The gap between regulator-speak and operator-readable guidance has, for too long, been filled by training providers selling courses and lobbyists arguing for their members. The operator's view was missing.
The Aesthetics Compliance Co. exists to fill that gap. We publish guides, briefings, and a forthcoming quarterly bulletin tracking regulatory developments in detail.
Editorial independence
Our editorial position is independent. We do not represent practitioner associations, training providers, or device manufacturers. We are not paid by them, and we will not become so.
Founding editor
The Aesthetics Compliance Co. was founded in 2026 by Bobby Masih, a UK clinic operator. The founding editorial position is informed by direct experience running clinics through the period when regulation went from rumour to imminent fact. Edition 1.0 of the Survival Guide was written in that capacity.
"I have written this guide as a clinic operator first and a publisher second. Everything in these pages is what I would want to know if I were sitting in your seat."
The Practice Compliance Library
Edition 1.0 of the Survival Guide is the first publication in a wider library. Forthcoming titles include the Complications Protocol Add-on (late 2026), the Prescriber Partnership Blueprint (late 2026), the TACC Regulatory Briefings quarterly subscription (2027), and Edition 2.0 of the Survival Guide (2027).
